You didn’t set out to be a woman who constantly feels overwhelmed, stressed, and anxious. You had dreams and visions of a future that was bright, fun, joyful, and peaceful. That future is still possible for you. I’m here to help you get there.

My Mission

I help women—professionals, stay-at-home moms, healthcare workers, educators, creatives, or entrepreneurs—overcome anxiety and overwhelm so they can live in the moment, pursue their dreams, ignore the things they don’t care about, and have no regrets on their deathbed.

You’ve tried self-help books. You’ve gone for massages, spa days, and brunches. You’ve talked to your friends. You even tried therapy, but it didn’t help much, and you’re tired of telling everyone how overwhelmed and unhappy you feel.

I totally get it! I’ve been burned out too—even as a therapist!

I blamed everyone and everything for my unhappiness—my job, my kids, my husband, the state of my house. I was moody and often angry. I lived with a constant sense that something bad was about to happen. I worried and ruminated endlessly. Honestly, I was unhappy AF.

And you know what? Most of the conventional advice out there didn’t help me either. I’d start a good habit—waking up early, meditating, etc.—but I could never stay consistent. I criticized myself for not doing enough, even when I was making progress. I was searching for ways to feel better, but they all led to dead ends.

During one of my night searches, I stumbled upon a website where an older, wiser therapist wrote about concepts I was vaguely familiar with—Core, Inner Child, reparenting, and the journey to Self. Intrigued, I booked a discovery call with her the next day. That call changed my life.

I spent the following years studying and deepening my knowledge and practice of transformational therapy. I learned that in my Core I can feel peaceful, calm, confident and brave, regardless of stressful life situations. I learned to balance my energy between doing and feeling. I learned to get out of my Mind and into my body. I learned to soothe myself instead of asking others for constant reassurances. And I learned to dream again and to set myself in the pursuit of those dreams.

I understand this journey from the inside out, and I am here to walk with you on the same path of transformation if you’re ready.

What We work on in therapy:

  • How to rewire your brain to be able to access a state of peace and calm even when life is stressful

  • Create a practice of deep self care that is uniquely yours

  • Learn to understand yourself deeply and focus on what is important at any given time

  • Train your mind to be at ease and not waste energy in rumination and worry

  • Learn to be in the body and interpret its cues when anxious, overwhelmed, vulnerable

  • Learn to work with different parts of yourself so you do not end up sabotaged or stuck

  • Learn inner balance and find ways to apply it to daily living (work and rest, career and personal, mind and emotions)

  • Live life with courage, as the CEO and leader of your inner and outer world.
